Delivery Policy

There is a $11.95 delivery charge on all local deliveries. Our local delivery area is Madison, Fitchburg, McFarland, Middleton, Monona and Verona. There is a $15.95 delivery charge for our extended delivery area which includes Cottage Grove, Deforest, Windsor, Sun Prairie, Waunakee and Oregon (extended areas are delivered in the afternoon). There is a $16.95 delivery charge for our "Out Of Town" delivery areas which includes Cross Plains, Deerfield, and Marshall. We typically open up deliveries to extended area around major floral holidays. Delivery prices are subject to increase around floral holidays due to the additonal labor required to deliver a large number of orders. 

Orders sent outside of our delivery area, but within the the U.S. and Canada, will have an additional $5.95 sending fee added to the order. (Outside florists will not have the same selection of items & may have different delivery fees than Felly's Flowers.) 

Orders must be received before Noon central time to assure same-day delivery to Madison area locations as listed above. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. (We have no control over delivery times & dates made by outside florists.) 

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. Funeral orders are generally delivered at least an hour before the visitation &/or service begins.  Scheduled deliveries around a holiday is not possible due to the large volume of orders. 

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day. 

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
