Felly's Return & Guarantee Policy
Hardgoods may be returned with a receipt within 14 days for a full refund and credited back to the customer in the same method of payment. Product returns with a receipt for merchandise purchased between 14- 30 days using a check or cash will be refunded in the form of a gift card. No refunds or returns will be accepted after 30 days.
In the instance when any return is made without a receipt, a valid photo ID will be required, and the refund will be made in the form of a Felly’s gift card.
Living items can be returned within 7 days and must be in the same condition as when they left the store. Felly's is not responsible for weather damage, animal damage, improper care, or any other damage to the live items once they leave Felly's store. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt for all living items.
All special orders are non-returnable. Issues with special orders are to be discussed with the store manager and resolved appropriately.
Service charges are non-refundable.
All hardgoods and living items on sale or clearance at 40% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or adjusted.
Felly's is not responsible for plants that are lost due to weather-related conditions, animal-related problems, or lack of proper care. Proper watering, planting and nutrients are essential for the life of the plant. Customers are responsible for reading proper care tags on each plant to ensure it is planted in optimal conditions. Please ask the storefront if you need advice on how to care for your plants.
Perennials and Shrubs are guaranteed through September of the year purchased. You must present a receipt and the product to receive in store credit for the purchase price of the plant. If the perennial or shrub fails to grow after being properly planted and watered, Felly's will exchange the plant for another plant of equal value. If a plant of equal value is not available Felly's will issue a gift card for the purchase price. To claim under warranty, the plant must be returned, accompanied by your receipt as proof of purchase. Exact replacements are not guaranteed. The guarantee policy will be null and void after September 30th of the year purchased.
Perennials and shrubs are guaranteed for the current season only (through September) of the same year of purchase.
Fresh cut flowers, and floral arrangements have a 24-hour guarantee. Our storefront and delivery team makes it a priority to be the last line of defense for quality control. If you do have an issue with your order, please take pictures upon receiving the arrangements so we can see the issue with the product. Then proceed to call the Felly's store that you purchased from.
