1. When should I schedule a consultation with a florist?
The initial consultation should be scheduled with a florist six months prior to the wedding and when you have selected the dress and suit colors. If your time line is shorter, please contact us for our availability.
2. Where are consultations held?
They are held at our corporate and main store location in Monona at 205 East Broadway. We have a wide selection of flowers at this location which allows us to show you different varieties & colors during your consult.
3. Is there a consultation fee?
Felly’s Flowers does not charge a fee for the initial consultation. Simply call or email Felly’s to set up an appointment with Jennifer at
608-223-3285 or [email protected] or fill out the consultation request on the “Weddings & Events” category of this website.
4. How long is an initial consultation?
It varies depending on the bride and groom needs; ie if you are looking for full service of flowers for your wedding versus strictly bridal party and personal flowers. On average you should anticipate an hour.
5. What should I bring to the consultation?
You should come with inspiration pictures of flowers you like and dislike, ideas of colors, style, and dress/suit sample colors.
6. What happens after my consultation?
We produce an estimate for you generally within a week from your consultation. This estimate is valid for ten days upon receipt.
7. Once I am set with the estimate how do we move forward on working together?
You would pay a $200.00 deposit/retainer to hold your wedding date in our calendar and sign a contract.
8. When do I need to have all the details of my flowers finalized?
Your wedding flowers need to be finalized six weeks prior to your wedding. We have a final consultation approximately one month prior to your wedding to finalize the details.
9. When is my final payment due?
Your final payment is due one month prior to your wedding.
10. Do you have a minimum?
No, we do not. We work with brides with varying budgets from small to full service weddings.
11. Do you deliver?
Yes, in town delivery starts at $25.00 and out of town delivery is based on mileage and time.
12. What is servicing and what is the cost?
Servicing entails our professional staff working onsite at your ceremony or reception, such as installing decorations, aisle décor, placing centerpieces or plants on tables or installing a hanging floral piece. Our rate starts at $100.00 per hour.
13. Can you create a sample of a bouquet or centerpiece?
Yes, we can create a sample which will be charged to you based on the price quoted on your estimate.
14. Do you have an Instagram page or Facebook page?
Yes, both please visit our pages to see more examples of our work. 15. Do you locally source flowers? Yes, when the season permits we buy flowers from local growers.

Yes we do. We have a wide assortment of vases available for rent at varying price points. We do rent a Circular Arch, aka a “Moongate Arch”.
